Cheesy Shrimp Delight with Garlicky Penne

3 cups of Penne pasta 
3 tbsp. butter 
3 cloves garlic 
1/ kg. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 
2 tbsp. chakki fresh atta 
½ cup milk 
½ cup chicken stock 
½ cup shredded mozzarella 
2 tbsp. parmesan 
Freshly ground pepper 
2 large tomatoes, chopped 


Boil the penne pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente (tender but firm and chewy).
In a spacious pan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add shrimp, garlic, and coriander; stir until the shrimp turns pink.
Season with salt and sauté, then transfer the cooked shrimp to a plate (retaining the juices).
Add the remaining butter to the juices and let it melt.
Whisk in the flour until golden, then pour in the milk and chicken stock, bringing the broth to a simmer.
Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until the mixture achieves a creamy consistency.
Season with salt and pepper, reintroduce the shrimp to the pan.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until thoroughly combined.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan, then cook until the cheese melts completely.
Garnish with coriander and serve this delectable dish.
